I use the NGC Price Guide exclusively to evaluate and balance swap offers.
🔹 Collection Goals
I collect one coin from every country and political era worldwide.
Example: for Serbia, I include at least seven different periods:
Autonomous province of the Ottoman Empire – (currently searching)
Kingdom of Serbia – 1915, 50 Para
Kingdom of Yugoslavia – 1938, 10 Dinar
Nazi occupation – 1942, 2 Dinar
Socialist Yugoslavia – 1971, 2 Dinar
Republic of Yugoslavia – 1996 & 1999, 1 Novi Dinar
Republic of Serbia – 2010 & 2012, 1 Dinar
This approach allows me to see history through coins.
🔹 Preferences
I collect standard circulation coins, including circulating commemoratives.
Exclusions: I’m not interested in Euro coins or numismatic products.
Condition: For common coins I prefer UNC / XF+. For rarities, VF+ is acceptable if legends and main details are clear.
🔹 Swaps
I am open to multi-coin-for-one trades as long as the total value matches according to the NGC Price Guide.
(Example: 8 coins worth $100 vs. 1 coin worth $100 is fine.)
For security, I only accept registered mail shipping.
🔹 Sales
Besides swapping, I also accept buy/sell offers.
Example: I currently offer the Turkish Fauna 1 Lira bimetallic series (first 16 coins) for 210 EUR.
If you’re searching for Turkish coins (1900–present), I can help you find them—even if they are not currently in my collection.
🔹 About Me
My passion for coins started in childhood.
My family is Turkish, with roots in Yugoslavia. As a kid, I often found Yugoslav coins around the house and tried to piece them together. Later, my uncle, who traveled by ship, brought me coins from Italy, Germany, and Bulgaria. Those common coins became the foundation of my collection.
Over time, a close friend’s influence and my interest in world history motivated me to collect coins representing every political period of history.
